We know that delivery is the most important part in the whole process. That's why we give it our all. Well, our 10 point delivery commitment to be precise.

• Price - We only charge £19.99 for delivery (£29.99 for Northern Ireland) for our professional ‘direct to your door’ delivery service, regardless of how many items you order. (There is an additional £5.99 charge for deliveries made on a Saturday and Sunday and a £9.99 charge for our next day delivery service and £2.99 charge for our Rapid Delivery service)
• We deliver all your new appliances together, however many you order, to make sure you only have one delivery date.
• We deliver your goods quickly – All appliances come from our central warehouse and are normally available for mainland UK delivery to all postcode areas within 3-7 days, (this is slightly longer for Northern Ireland, typically within 14 days).
• We deliver to most postcode areas 7 days a week to ensure that you can choose the day that best suits you (This excludes Northern Ireland and selected postcodes for the Isle of White)
• We will call you the evening before your delivery, between 5.30pm and 9.30pm (if your delivery is scheduled for Monday you will receive this call on Sunday morning between 9.30am and 1.30pm)
• We will specify a 4 hour time window so you don't have to wait in all day. This will be confirmed on the morning of delivery between 7am and 10am by your driver.
• All deliveries are carried out by a two man team to ensure that your new appliances are carried carefully and safely into a room of your choice.
• The delivery team will unpack your new appliance for you. After you have inspected your product we can also dispose of the packaging if you choose.
• We will also collect and recycle your old and unwanted appliances for a small additional charge, on like for like appliances. This service must be requested at the point of order. (Service not currently available in certain postcodes and Northern Ireland).
• We offer a professional connection service on selected appliances, for a small additional charge. (Service not currently available in certain postcodes and Northern Ireland).
